You are what you eat

assalamualaikum...

Baru lepas abis kelas nutrition and health. Ya Allah banyak betul ilmu baru yg kami belajar hari ni. Just nk share skit la. Of course la pasal food. 

Ni SUPERFOOD that we should consume everyday in order to ensure that our body is healthy:
Insyaallah dgn izin Allah jugak la.


  • Broccoli-sumber vitamin C (excellent source) n meningkatkan ketahanan badan (immune system) dlm badan
  • Oats-boleh mengurangkan risiko type 2 heart disease
  • Oranges-
  • Pumpkin (Labu)
  • Spinach (bayam)-rich in vit C, dietary fibre n carotenoids(baik utk mata); tapi bayam ni xleh makan byk2 sgt sbb high iodine content so bleh menyebabkan osteoporosis.
  • Tomatoes-
  • Tea ( tapi bukan teh tarik ye!!)-lower cholestrol level n release stress
  • Yogurt
  • Chocolate (esp dark chocolate)-high in anti-oxidant n lower blood pressure 
  • semua FRUITS esp yg warna merah, oren, and purple

 So, bila da tau ni..jom la kte mkn mknn yg bg kita kesihatan yg baik n menjauhkan kita dari penyakit.
